Looking Back at 2019 and Forward to 2020.
As we now look back on 2019, it has been an interesting year.
In spite of all the fights between the Democrats and the Republicans.
In spite of weather that was much hotter than normal and in spite of the tariff fights with China and Mexico.
We found that lower interest rates and a booming economy provided us with a fantastic real estate market in Newnan and Coweta County.
We saw a huge increase in home sales and therefore, in sale prices for homes.
Looking forward to 2020, we can expect more of the same because interest rates remain historically low and Newnan and Coweta County have become one the hottest real estate markets in Georgia. We have great medical facilities, super shopping, new industries and businesses, plus, we have a prime location on I-85 near Atlanta and the Atlanta airport.
