Update on 57 E Broad St Project

Last year I wrote an article regarding the property in Downtown Newnan located st 57 E Broad St. There has been significant progress regarding this development recently. The site has been cleared and dirt is moving. You may remember 57 E Broad St was the site for the Caldwell Tanks business for a very long time. Well, 57 E Broad is about to be a very large and private, not city-led, mixed-use development.

What exactly does mixed-use mean and entail? If you have not visited the 57 E Broad St's website (57-east.com) or social media pages, I would highly recommend doing so. The site and pages are as informative and rich with content as any local development that I have seen.
